140 rue Notre-Dame O., Montreal, Quebec H2Y 1T1, Canada, Montreal
Yes. There are a few areas where you're not allowed but they put up large signs on those areas.
Technically it's in old Montreal,or the old port
Just to visit, yes without any problem. If you want to see the show (Aura) you can also technically get the tickets there, but they're usually sold out for the same day. I would recommend getting them online or at the ticket office one or two days before.
Around 19 years for most of it including the 2 towers to be built
from 8am to 4pm, the open hour may be changed up to the schedule of the church. Please check more information on the website.
You must pay 8 Canadian dollars, but if you want to attend the Mass, you do not pay. I know that on Sundays there is Mass at 11:30 and organ and choir. And during the week there is also, but I'm not sure the hours.
It is very beautiful
The church itself is but to visit the Aura show it is 25.00 and at night.
have been going here for 10 years, and while the deco could maybe be updated now sure - , the sushi and fusion rolls are delicious! try it and you will be back!
Everything we had was very good. Very clean and good price.
Void and overpriced. Sushi is neither good nor well presented or well made. To put them back they are also overpriced
A pleasant surprise. Good quality for reasonable price
Revised Post (2019):The restaurant was deserted when we went there for lunch, just after 12:00. The heating was off and the lights to and in the bathroom were switched off. No more fish in the bowls... we decided to leave. Lowered rating from 3 to 1 star.-----Original Post (2017):" I've been twice for lunch and the quality of the food was good, but a bit pricey for what you get. For some photos posted here I have no idea where they came from... must have been somewhere else."
I've sampled Sushi from all over the world and when I laid my eyes on the sampling they called a "rainbow roll" I was floored. Their measly 5 piece roll was stuffed, overflowing with imitation shredded crab in a large wad and topped with tiny, lame slivers of raw fish. I proceeded to explain to the woman why I was not pleased with the roll.... she argued with me extensively. I ended up finally ordering another roll (this was all take out as we were bringing the food back to our hotel). Even though she finally let me order another roll, she was rude about it and was complaining that I better take this new roll and not say it isn't what I want. We couldn't wait to leave. Our teenagers were the ones who actually ate the food and said it was pretty good... but again, they were starving and would have eaten anything at that point
Honestly.... Sushi was ok... Very pricy for what you get and the service was quick but unprofessional and the restaurant looks like it's going out of business many better choices around... I won't be going back
Median sushi. Very few fish choices; lacking flavor overall
Tried going there 4 different occasions for lunch and the place was closed every time. Tried calling and no answer. Pretty sure they closed down.
Best sushi experience ever. Nothing looks like it.
Bad place, bad service, a waste of money and time
Needs a refresh, sushi was decent.
Delish - Fresh - NIce staff
My favorite sushi restaurant in Montreal! Always quiet, the lady is excellent with her sandals and jogging and yet the food is fabulous. I highly recommend the salmon sushi cake which is amazing.
Excellent food and service. Pricey
Good food! Really nice manager! The place is clean! Wish they have more fish in the aquarium 😛 the hot sakeee really good and hot!
Lack a bit of ambiance for dinner. But by far my top 3 sushi bar in Montréal for taste ans food experience.
Sushi ok but far from being among the best. We took it out and were not disappointed.
dirty and expensive. seriously there was dust everywhere
Very tasty but little bit expensive
Not recommended. The place seems to be pretty dirty and the atmosphere is not nice at all. The sushi is not of good quality. You should definitely be able to do better.
Sorry no good
Rich in general and good service. We loved the miso soup and the mixed tatare.
Service was ok. Wasabi was terrible. Not good value anymore:(
Personal service with good sushis; 100% satisfied.
The tuna here is not red, but brown.
I'm not a big fan of sushi, so I ordered the shrimp teriaki. The sauce was tasty and not at all fatty, all served with a little rice and lots of vegetables. Perfect before going out to the theater. I recommend!
I've had some excellent sushi in Ottawa and, especially, living in Vancouver for two years, I have to say, this was excellent sushi. We perused the menu on the street and were quickly greeted by the owner at the door, who answered our questions regarding vegetarian options. We took her advice and were very pleased with the results. Some of the better sushi I've eaten. A tad pricey but, given the experience, we were quite satisfied.
Best Sushi in town!Ask Dan for his specialties. Pastas are excellent!
I have going here for over 5 years, yes maybe the place as not been refreshed for a while but the food is exceptional and never disappointing. The best Sushi restaurant I know of from Halifax to Vancouver. Try it and ask Michelle for her recommendations. You won't be disappointed.
Good place, I've been going for years.
Very good, very filling mix of sushi and deep fried food
Favorite sushi in the city. Amazing presentation, great sake, very fresh sushi, unique deco, unique combination of sushi. Pricey, but worth it. I love this place!
I've been going there for ever. Great place with very friendly staff.
Excellent restaurant. For something unique, try other items than the traditional makis and sashimis. The club sandwich, tartare, pasta are all great!
Very convenient and friendly staff.
Unfriendly staff, expensive food for quality, and little choice. I do not recommend ...
we went for a lunch, everything was perfect
A fragment of what it once was, the lunch Bento is quite nice.
They do not how to make sushi. Simply, I do not recommend this place to you. Try cross street, there is other one which is much better than this. I do not trust chinses cook Sushi. If you not believe me. Try this place it is up to you. Still I cannot believe they keep the business.
Good sushi but terrible staf and ambiance. We knew something was wrong with so few people....but again food is good
Terrible place. Salade was visibly not fresh. Same for the fish.
Was there last night and have to say the food was quite good. Having lived in Vancouver for almost 10years, I have had my fair share of Sushi. This compares to that, fresh product, nice ambiance, great service. The waitress was very helpful and help me pick the right things due to my food allergies, would definitely go back again. One of the best in the neighbourhood and prices were very fair, highly recommendable :)
As we eat, we are inches away from a rotting fish tank. Food is mediocre. Beer was OK - it was cold. Atmosphere is depressing. Do not recommend.
